recording is finally off the ground.
it’s alot better now that we’ve found our guitar tone and our method.
excitement is in the air

has started today, progressed rather slowly however, due to technical difficulties, but we’re still excited about keeping the progress moving. Hopefully something will be available for you to hear in the near future… love, Swarms
All the lyrics are finally written, thanks to the mistake of writing a stanza that didn’t fit with the initial song, but realizing it would work perfectly for the other song I had left.
Onwards
since it’s been a while, here’s the fill in on what’s happening…
first off, the EP idea has evolved into an outright full length- and we’re sticking with the theme and title we were already going to go with. Things have progressed extremely well and eleven songs are now up and ready to be carved out.
Writing has begun for several of the songs, thanks entirely to friend and bandmate J… There are two more lyrics for me to write and then that aspect of the album will be entirely looked after.
Additionally, we have decided to move past the whole “post rock / black metal” label we had initially placed on this, we still will predominantly play within these styles as it’s what we enjoy, but folk-ish part and a couple more technical, almost death metal riffs have come around that we thought fit the feel of certain songs extremely well.
